In our daily lives we constantly go through the highs and lows ,every living cell in your body reacts instantly to every thought you have. “There are two types of addicts. The happy ones, and the violent ones.”.Ask yourself which type of addict am I? Do I want to live a happy life or one of constant misery bringing violence into the world daily.
It’s quite evident that on most occasions in our lives we stumble upon obstacles that frustrates our entire day , when this occurs challenge you’re inner thoughts with these few questions: Can I do anything about it? Can you get the traffic moving again? Can you stop the rain? Can you turn back time and move the cat from under your daughter’s feet before she spills dinner all over the kitchen floor?
If you answer is “No” to each of these questions realize that you can’t change it ,you’re not superhuman move on. All the anger in the world can’t change the unchangeable; all it can do it swipe minutes from your day and peace from your life.
Sometimes people question my actions and ask me how do I remain positive all the time . To be frankly blunt with you I don’t and I’m not going to sit here and lie to you and say yes my life is a big fairytale with butterflies , dandelions ,sugar & spice & all things nice. But that does not mean I will allow the negativity that comes into my life to bring me down.
Everyone has their own particular methods for getting motivated or excited or pumped up or inspired. Some are aware of it. Others are not, but it’s there just the same. And by asking around to see how those close to you ignite their drive, you can often gather together more than a handful of tips and ideas that may also work for you.
There are a thousand gifts of insight wrapped in every passing mind. They often go unsaid and remain hidden forever. But you can stop them in their tracks and tap into the secrets that are trapped inside.
However ,in order to make positive thinking yield results, you need to develop a positive attitude toward life, expect a successful outcome of whatever you do, but also take any necessary actions to ensure your success.
Effective positive thinking that brings results is much more than just repeating a few positive words, or telling yourself that everything is going to be all right. It has to be your predominant mental attitude. It is not enough to think positively for a few moments, and then letting fears and lack of belief enter your mind. Some effort and inner work are necessary.
- Are you willing to make a real inner change?
- Are you willing to change the way you think?
- Are you willing to develop a mental power that can positively affect you, your environment and the people around you?
Think positive and expect only favorable results and situations, even if your current circumstances are not as you wish them to be. In time, your mental attitude will affect your life and circumstances and change them accordingly. We can all help each other to get motivated and inspired, and it all begins with a question–what drives you?
